	Welcome to the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR.  This Menu-Driven program
allows you to analyze a variety of payment methods to pay off loans
faster.  It is a shareware program and should be registered if you
continue to use it.  The shareware concept and the benefits of
registering this program are explained in the file SHAREW.PRN.  You
should read this file before using the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR.  The
registration form is in the file REGIS.FRM.  Registering this
program will assure continuing support and the latest updates for
1 year from the registration date.  

	You will need 3 files to run the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR program: 
ACCEL.EXE, ACCEL.OBJ and ACCEL.DOC.  If you have all 3 files on one
disk or directory you can run this program by keying ACCEL <enter>. 
Menu Option 4 will explain the features of the program.
